I had the most wonderful experience at Wona and found my dream dress here! We had the whole place to ourselves and the consultant that I had picked dresses that were exactly the style I was looking for. The whole experience was better than I could’ve imagined and I can’t say enough great things about this place.

As much as I now love my dress from WONA, I do not want another bride to have to have the experience I had here. I saw a dress online from wona that I loved, came to the store to try it on and ultimately bought. When I came back to try on my dress that we paid for and ordered it was not the same as the dress I tried on nor was it the same as how it was advertised online. I was very upset and brought this up with the woman working that day. She proceeded to tell me that what I tried on was clipped to look different and the dresses online are all clipped as well. That this is the dress I bought even though it is now A-line instead of mermaid. I asked how I would know that everything I’m seeing both online and in person is false advertising and not the dress I was purchasing only to be told someone should have told me the day I bought it. I then paid to pay an extra $1,000 to turn it into the dress that I was originally wanting and tried on. It has not only cost more, but completely ruined my experience as I left on the verge of tears instead of exciting for my wedding day.

Was here on Saturday and had an amazing experience. I worked with Natalya and she was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She helped me find styles I liked and even suggested a few styles I wasn’t thinking I would love but that I looked amazing in. There prices are great, the quality and styles are top knotch. Scheduling my appointment was easy to do online. I highly recommend.

I went in for an appointment today with Olga and she was amazing! It was the first time I went dress shopping and really had no clue what type of dress would fit my body type and had no pictures. Olga helped me find several styles to try on and had quite an eye for picking others based on my feedback, and she helped me pick out 3 dresses that all looked fantastic on me!She has over 20 years of experience, and it definitely shows – what a professional, super sweet older woman. It felt like dress shopping with an older family member with an excellent eye and taste. I am still narrowing down from my top 3 choices, but run to RK to work with Olga before they close in June!

I came to this very excited to see all the beautiful gowns that they have. On their website, they mentioned all $2,000 gowns were $500, this is true, I saw gorgeous gowns for $450 even $300. The only problem, they were enormous! Size 12/ 14/16. I’m a size 4 in the entire store, they only had one size 6. Luckily, that dress was beautiful and I took it. I still have to make some alterations to it but for the price I paid, it was a bargain. I’m very happy that I came here. I had been to several places and was almost giving up. Thank you RK Bridal. Sorry to see that you guys are going out of business. I advise anyone that is size 8 and up, go and take advantage of some incredible beautiful dresses that are selling for 50-60% off the regular price. If you are size 4 or smaller, best go to designer loft, they have smaller sizes for your frame

I had a great experience, they have a decent selection and they’re willing to negotiate down on pricing. I’m a thrifty bride so I went in looking for a good deal and lucky for me they have a section for dresses under $500! These dresses are all in good shape, they just have been discontinued so they’re limited in sizing.

The girl who picked up the phone so rude and bossy. When I said I can come at 6, she got angry by saying at 6 they will be closed, so why then in map it shows closing time- at 8 PM???And she asked all her questions very rude, asked my card details, I don’t want to give all my card details to person and place I didn’t even see.First visit should be without any card details, then after first visit when I trust you, do whatever you want with my card!I even lost my desire to come and see dresses.I feel sorry for the owner of the business.

I do not know where even to begin! What an amazing experience!Marina was my stylist. She gave the best first impression as soon as I walked in.I felt so welcomed, she gave the best friendly greeting. She was realistic with price points and was up front letting me know what the dresses starting point was at, she never wanted to push me away from my budget. She was not pushy at all! She wanted me to love my dress and she made sure she found my dream dress and at my budget point.Marina was extremely helpful in every aspect, from picking out the dress down to helping me get in the dresses. I was not rushed, and she took her time to help and also was great with suggestions.I wish my first encounter I had at another shop was as magical as she made it. My experience at Pronovias Flagship was only as a bride coming in for a first appointment. I was helped by Destiny, who was the sweetest most helpful stylist. She had me try out many styles and my appointment was very enjoyable. I had my family there with me and we were not rushed. I ended up going with a different gown but I would absolutely recommend working with Destiny and the Pronovias team.

Pronovias has such beautiful dresses, but the customer experience is just horrible. From the first moment on we were not welcomed, treated friendly or being served correctly. Finally I ordered my dress 10month in advance. The dress came in a too big size, that’s how they make money with alterations.As I had a friend a few weeks before getting her dress the night before her wedding completely destroyed by Pronovias I decided to take my dress and get it adjusted elsewhere. It was a big fight and discussion with the team to have the possibility buying only my dress without alterations.I finally got the dress and spent a lot of money with a professional tailor getting my dress ready for the big day. Was the best decision.I sent Pronovias a letter explaining my experience and never heard back. It’s a petty, the dresses are so beautiful. So I really suggest you to only buy the dress and be prepared for a bad experience. But just never get additional services there.

I had Olivia as my consultant last weekend and she was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with. Can’t say enough good things. Especially if you’re going shopping by yourself, she’s the adopted best friend you’ll get when finding your dress.

I visited Kleinfeld this past weekend, traveling from New Jersey for my VIP appointment with my two sisters, mom, and bridesmaid, who all came in from the Washington DC area. Prior to my appointment, I filled out the questionnaire, listed my budget, and added some favorite dresses to my Kleinfeld profile online. This was my very first experience visiting a wedding dress shop and was so excited to have the Kleinfeld experience. We arrived 10 minutes prior to my 9:15a appointment, and noticed some really upset bridal parties who look like they had been waiting a while. I spotted one mom visibly upset speaking to the front desk who looked less than interested in addressing her concerns. I think we may have waited 10-15 min at the most before we were introduced to Lisa our consultant, who had such great energy and was just as excited as we were. I had seen Say Yes to the Dress a few times, but really only knew Randy. My sister instantly recognized and was thrilled we got her. We went into a private room and discussed more things that I had answered in the questionnaire. She also asked my budget and I confirmed $8,000, a budget I felt was significant and wanted to stay within. Lisa asked me if I had pictures of any of the dresses I was interested in and I said no although I had favorited them on my profile. I thought this would’ve at least been looked at before I arrived, but nonetheless, it didn’t take much time to pull the dresses I liked. Lisa was amazing. She taught me how to step into the dresses, helped me get them over my curves and really did give great advice and advocated for what I wanted. She deserves all the praise! I tried on maybe 6-7 dresses. The first dress I tried on I liked and I was really starting to feel like things were going well. There were a couple dresses that didn’t measure up, and two dresses that ended up replacing the first one I initially liked: one my sisters and mom liked and one that I really liked. Both dresses had likes and dislikes about them, which only made the decision to choose a dress much more difficult. Looking back on the experience, I wish I was given more time to try on different dresses, even though I had a 3-hour VIP appointment, my family were never given the opportunity to find me a dress, I never got a chance to browse, and Lisa didn’t pull any dresses herself. Instead of trying to see what else was available, I felt pressured to make a decision between the two dresses I wasn’t sold on. Out of the two dresses, one being a mermaid dress and the other being a 2-in-1 ball gown type, I did like the mermaid dress more, but I didn’t like the color (which could be changed), and I didn’t like the bottom (which prompted to add a custom Tony Ward skirt to the dress $). Adding a 3ft train to the dress was also recommended and purchasing the custom veil. The additional add-ons and alterations were really starting to make me nervous regarding my budget. Lisa did ask me if we had wiggle room in the budget and I did say yes, thinking wiggle room was anywhere from $500-1000 more. The skirt they had me try on with the Mermaid dress I selected did not look good at all, but wanting me to see the vision of what it could be although the dress was never intended to have a skirt. The dress looked great on me, I’m not going to lie. It accentuated my curves and made me feel beautiful. But the fact I needed to make so many costly changes to the dress made me uncomfortable and I should’ve been given an opportunity to see more dresses that would’ve required less adjustments. It was almost like they needed to «fix» the dress for me to «love it» instead of me finding the dress I «loved». I did say yes, but the entire time I felt uneasy about it. It became even more uncomfortable after measurements were taken. Additional costly add-ons were recommended without disclosing the cost. It was just sign here, sign there, we’re going to this, add this, add that and then I was rushed to a financial office for a $12,000 dress. $4,000 over budget. I was so upset! We ended up canceling the order and leaving.

After such a terrible experience at David’s bridal, I took my dress to Marina’s alterations one week before my wedding day. It was a risky decision but it paid off SOOOO WELL. She was super helpful and tailored my dress exactly to how I wanted it to be. She is a PRO and handled the whole process swiftly and professionally. I am SO grateful for her and my wedding day wouldn’t have been as beautiful without her. Thank you so so much!
