I recently started bringing my cat, Olive, here because they partner with Thrive. I used to bring Olive to a Thrive Affordable Vet Clinic when we lived in Denver and was very happy with their care.Through Reade’s Thrive program we are able to receive unlimited free exams, 10% of services, and $5 nail trims. This has already worked out very well as I recently had to bring Oliveto the emergency vet. While the emergency vet was able to rule out certain things, they discharged us with instructions to get a biopsy from our regular vet.Reade was able to fit us in for an appointment the very next day. They treated Olive with care and explained what tests we would need to run as well as things to keep an eye on at home.The only complaint I have is that they don’t seem to have payment plan for large expenses. I have a pretty tight budget and $350+ ($500+ without the Thrive membership) up front is definitely not in that budget. Fortunately, my family was able to help me out, but it would be great if Reade could offer Scratchpay or CareCredit for things like cytology, blood testing, etc.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Hudson Animal Hospital. They have taken care of my dog and cat many times. When I moved to New York about four years ago. When I made an appointment the first time (years ago) they came into the room and sat down and listened to all my concerns. They never checked the time or rushed. They made conversation about my dog (and cat when I brought her in years later) just to get to know her better. They performed dental cleaning on my dog. I got so anxious about it and the staff was so sweet to calm me down (I even brought them donuts). When I was on vacation I took my dog to the vet and they even commented how great the dental cleaning was! I love this place so much, I try to take my pets here whenever possible even though I now live in Westchester. Thank you for taking amazing care of my little ones!

Do not go here. Terrible experiences multiple times. Doctors don’t care about your animal. They only care about over charging you. My dog hasn’t been eating for 4 days and they said they aren’t concerned….red flag on that alone. I’m talking zero consumption, which I told them, and no concern. Then they overcharged me intentionally on my visit and when I caught them on it they had one of the nurses text me to try and cover themselves. Please find another vet in the area unless you want to be disappointed and overcharged. How do I know I was intentionally overcharged you might ask? The doctor said medication would only be necessary if we went ahead with a procedure (which was not decided yet, and wouldn’t take place for a few weeks), yet, they decided to charge me for said medication. Also during the check out the front desk ask if I was buying medication and I said no. Still charged me. They don’t care. Find a better vet!

My brothers’ dog (Theo) is a patient of this clinic, but he no longer will be. One of his claws got hurt while playing with another dog and began to bleed, so he was taken to this vet. They claimed to have taken out the nail and that was it, and to come the next day for surgery. Theo was taken to another animal hospital that same day, where they x-rayed his foot, to which they discovered the doctors he had went to before had taken off his whole finger. The hospital told us that he was left with a gash the size of a Nickel. The first doctor that tended to Theo did not mention anything like this, and for all we know, he wasn’t put on any anesthetic. We were only charged for the removal of the nail. Please be careful with this y’all. Theo is now resting home with a giant cast on his leg.

Murray Hill Pet Hospital is the absolute best in veterinary care, Dr. Dan and all the staff are top-notch in care, compassion, I might not have all the technically correct words to use, but they are the best in that regard as well. There is no place better than Murray Hill Pet Hospital. They have been taking care of my little boy, my Yorkie Vincent, since he was only a couple of months old. He’s 4 years old now. Everyone there is wonderful and has helped me so much time and again. I wish I could give stars to infinity. They are most definitely warranted. Thank you so very much, y’all really are the very best!!!

Awesome 10 stars for this amazing practice. If you have a pet anywhere in Manhattan and beyond, go to this place. Caring, professional, thorough and funny staff is the best veterinarian practice I have been to in my 40 years in Manhattan (which too many cats!). Please do yourself and your fuzzy friends a favor and make Manhattan Animal Hospital your go to veterinarian. Dr. Kiani and the vet techs are the best. AND unlike every other vet in town, they don’t try to jack up the price for unnecessary treatment and procedures.

My little Frenchie, Frank Biggie suddenly became ill. I had tried everything for at home remedy plus had a virtual vet appointment that morning. Anywho…after calling several other vets and getting a cost estimate equal to a ransom I called Harlem Animal Hospital. Fees are reasonable. Service is A-1. Care, exceptional! I was asked before anything was done, and the cost was presented prior to as well. Frank Biggie and I will definitely be back.

I recently had to rush my Pomsky, Pepino, to Veterinary Medical Group after he had an adverse reaction to something he ate during our walk. The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived, and the doctor was not only kind but also very efficient in diagnosing the issue. Thankfully, Pepino was back to his normal self within a couple of hours. I’m deeply grateful for their quick and compassionate care and highly recommend their services to any pet owner!

The entire staff is amazing. They are warm, friendly and the care that they have for the animals coming in shows tremendously. They work effectively as a team and are transparent with the pet owners on the care being provided in the moment. They were also very patient with all the questions we had. We are so happy we were recommended to this ER clinic. I don’t think we would have had this experience anywhere else or felt comfortable leaving our fur baby overnight somewhere else. The office is very professionally ran. all documents and records were sent very quickly to the specialist for continuity of Billy’s treatment. We are very thankful for this office.

Feel so lucky our vet recommended VEG when our dog was seriously ill. The entire team was amazing and I was so impressed with the care they provided to our girl. They were also compassionate in a very stressful situation and willing to answer questions despite managing a lot of sick fur babies.
