Had my tire patched here today. No issues driving home. However I had 2 issues while being at this shop.First and foremost, Russell’s condescending treatment of the employee servicing my tire made me uncomfortable.Secondly, the abrupt manner in which he did not allow me to simply visually inspect my rotor on MY car with MY phone’s flashlight while the tire was off.. I don’t think anyone has to be a “mechanic” to simply look at their own car to ensure there is no debris or rocks that can potentially cause damage to their vehicle… I also don’t see how me looking at MY car was “wasting people’s time” being that I attempted to check my rotor while the employee was in the beginning stages of patching my tire.
