This Review is Strictly for the “Technician” whom worked on my PEV:I bought my RR v1 for a few tasks:1.) Tire swapping/Brake swapping2.) Throttle Replacement (swap from last gen v1) to the updated v2 throttle.3.) Seat Replacement (swap from last gen v1) to the updated v2/Pro Seat Cushion.Task #1 was done okay, needed firmer tension on brakes, rotor slight squeaky, and the tires very slight wobble.Task #2 was done fine but cut my old v1 throttle end wires rendering it useless (was a perfectly functioning throttle).Task #3 was done terribly. The right side screws were not tighten causing the screws to fall out during a ride later. The left side screw was over tighten and now un-able to remove it.Post-Service Customer Service: Never replied once back to my text messagesCost: $150 for all this mess, feels like I been serviced by a “amateur”, I’d personally would never pay for there “repair services” again after this botch job and ignoring of post service messages.

PLEASE THINK TWICE! before buying ANYTHING from them, by far the most unprofessional company I’ve dealt with. I ordered PMT tires from their website and saw that they were still in stock in their NY BROOKLYN location at the time. I placed the order and was later notified after a week of no delivery that they were not in stock and would notify me once they were. I let another week go by and decided to finally ask for a cancellation and a return. I was told for 3 consecutive days that I would receive my refund receipt in my email inbox later in the day and in 3-5 to business days receive my refund. I still have yet to receive my refund receipt or my refund and have been on the phone 5 times today just trying to reach a human being to deal with my order. Their return application is even WORSE. It’s only made to refund e scooters so because I bought tires it is impossible to put in the refund request thru their website because it won’t allow you to complete the request without putting in a scooter. BY FAR the worst customer experience I’ve had with a scooter company and I currently own a mukuta 10+ that’s based in china and was able to receive a response within 5 minutes of me emailing them and spare parts sent to me by the next day all hassle and worry free. I was fooled by the videos/promotion/marketing from VOROMOTORS that they were a company equipped with a team of people for customer service but unfortunately I’ve been speaking with the same representative for a week now. Highly disappointed in their customer service, the attitude of the representative that I spoke to and the representation of the company. I was hoping to buy parts and accessories from them since they have a store where I live and seemed like a reputable company, but now it’s highly unlikely I’ll ever purchase something from them again.
