I was told that my negative which was developed by the NICE film lab never came back to the shop and that I should contact NICE. They told that they don’t have it anymore and that is was delivered back to Brooklyn Film Camera. When I went to the shop again, they told my a new story, so the negative was in the shop but they couldn’t find it anymore and probably threw away. No excuse , nothing, I find it absolutely ridiculous and this was never happened to me with any other film lab. They didn’t offer a compensation or anything. Brooklyn film camera is super unprofessional and I would recommend to stay away from this shop.UPDATE: to make it clear I went three times to shop the first time was in February and they told me twice that they didn’t get my negative back from NICE. By the third time in the end of April they changed the story. I would definitely recommend NYC film lab to anyone who wants a decent service and quality.
