This Store is off the charts!! The owner Jaydin was great he was very outgoing and gave phenomenal deals. He had a wide variety of everything including Pokémon and baseball. Overall, this is a great shop and would highly recommend.

Josh was gracious enough to give me all the time I needed to learn about the entire process of selling some old cards that I found after cleaning out a storage area of my home. If I could give zero stars I would. Beware, the owner is rarely at the NYC location, but the scheduling system will allow you to book an appointment. When you call the telephone number on the website, it gets routed to their LA office. I went for an appointment twice and the owner wasn’t there. I had spoken with three different reps and each hedged and couldn’t tell me why nobody was answering the door. They said they “urgently paged” him while I waited for over an hour. Finally, Jessica informed me he was out of town. When leaving the building, the receptionist was shaking her head stating this happens so often to so many customers. How is this place in business!! Do yourself a favor, just head to Bleeker Trading. Staff are friendly, you don’t need an appointment and most of all, they are PRESENT!
