We booked seats a few days in advance. Lots of escalators to get up to the theater. Popcorn was good and staff was fine, but clearly a bit of a lack of communication in how their own seating system works. My one complaint is this: we booked seats specifically in the middle of the row. When we got to our seats that we picked, there were people on our seats. We told them we had picked those seats, and they told us the theater staff told them they could sit wherever and they wouldn’t move. We were a bit annoyed by this because then when a couple asked us to move since we were in their seats (because the other people wouldn’t move) we had to keep moving around. I think the staff should be clear that you sit in the seat on your ticket.
