I am begging you to PLEASE make people wash their hands and cover their shoes before playing with the puppies in the playpens. The shih tzu I was interested in had a very obvious kennel cough and was trying to lick the bottom of my shoes. I can only imagine the germs these partially vaccinated puppies encounter every day from new york city germs. For a business known for occasional sick puppies you would think they would take better health precautions.

The little bald man working with glasses is a sad pathetic excuse of a person. I went in and asked how long the puppies are in their cages for and he got very defensive and rude. While I was playing with a puppy that desperately needed some play time, pacing back and forth in her disgustingly small cage the little bald man kept coming up to me and my friend multiple times and basically yelling at us. He kept telling me how offended he was, calling me an “activist” when I asked one reasonable question, came over and asked us what we did with our lives in a very arrogant way, said it’s always the “white woman” when i am not white, and getting very aggressive with us. It was extremely unprofessional. Don’t support these businesses. It’s disgusting the way they operate. The workers treat their dogs and customers badly.
