Great for learning more about the hobby. Everyone here was a fountain of information and gave great tips and such for painting. Standard pricing for everything.

The staff is very friendly and helpful customer service is 5/5 if you have a question, they have the answer. Also, the player community is very welcoming and willing to teach if you’re new to the hobby. There is a bit of consistency issues in terms of hours that its open (for instance they close from 3:30 – 4:00 for lunch but that’s not posted on Google). But that’s understandable, I don’t believe they’re properly staffed and I’m sure that’s not their fault. They’re doing the best they can with what they have, and as the go to Warhammer store in NYC they have my support.Also, follow the Facebook page. They usually post if they’re closed for the day or will open at a later time there.
