Upon the recommendation of a friend who purchased a Rolex here, I decided to drop by since it’s pretty close to my workplace. However, my experience was far from satisfactory, especially considering my previous visits to various Rolex AD in the NYC area.

Upon entering, I was disappointed to find that the salesperson did not extend the courtesy of offering me a seat. Instead, I was swiftly handed two watch sizes to try on, with minimal engagement or explanation. It felt as though the sole objective was to rush me through the process. Contrastingly, my previous experiences at other ADs involved a warm welcome, offering of refreshments, detailed explanations about the watches, the waiting process, and recommendations for alternative options to try on.

Overall, I left the store feeling underwhelmed and overlooked
