After months of searching for a fancy yellow vivid diamond engagement ring with no luck, we found Soho Gem. From the minute we walked into the store, Retno made us confident that she understood and could design exactly what we wanted. I couldn’t have been happier when she showed us the stones a few weeks later. She listened to every detail regarding color, clarity, and carat and gave us four stunning options (in comparison to other jewelers who were only able to source one yellow diamond at best).

When I received the ring, it was even better than I imagined! They even went above and beyond and engraved the ring and put a tiny sapphire inside. I’m so grateful to the team at SoHo Gem for designing my dream engagement ring! It’s truly spectacular and I am so grateful for the wonderful experience working with your team.

What other jewelry company does this?? As a business owner, I am blown away by how they treat their customers. I now look to them as an example of how to treat my customers and how to make them feel 100% cared for and seen. I wish I could say more. The quality of the rings I purchased from them are TOP TIER. I could not have asked for better quality. I broke into tears when it came in. From the packaging to the finished product, it really is a work of art. When I had follow up questions and needs on the watch, he was also highly accommodating and took care of me. I plan to continue to build a watch collection and I’m very happy to have a contact who can help me navigate the nyc watch dealer community to find what I need and get me the best price. Also the shop is upstairs in an uncut gem style showroom away from all the diamond district madness which is an added benefit. A+

I wasn’t sure about ordering jewelry from overseas, however, I did! The birthstone earrings I ordered for my granddaughter were absolutely Beautiful! I ordered them on January 29th, and due to a lot of sickness among the jewelers, they did not arrive on time for her birthday on February 28th. I will still order from this company, however next time I will give them 2 months. Just had to be patient and I’m glad I was. They came on March 21st.

I was also happy to have a receipt and a note thanking me for my order. It also said if there are any problems to contact them.
