Beautiful, small store and employees were pleasant. But I’d hoped to have the option for casual browsing/learning what I like and they require an appointment and full blown sit down consultation. The associate who helped me was friendly and eager to answer questions, but I also felt so much pressure from her to decide the specs of exactly what I want on the spot. I also never heard from her after the appointment as was promised. Not really a fun or exciting vibe, so will not be returning.

I purchased a beautiful chain that was on a great sale. The item was shipped. Upon delivery, the box was empty (opened parcel with video proof). I immediately contacted the company. They were willing to refund me the money. I asked multiple times for just a replacement or ability to repurchase for sale price as they still had the item in stock but the sale was over. They refused this request as ‘gold has increased since last week’. Since the item was in stock, I’m aware they weren’t out any extra cost to rectify the situation. I’m unsure if the company sent an empty box so they weren’t out the price hike, or if it was a shipper company issue. Either way, they were completely unwilling to rectify the situation.

Do NOT buy jewelry from this website. I ordered a necklace (for my wife) through Amazon with them and since I don’t know jewelry, I ordered it too thin. She wanted thicker, so I returned it to order a thicker necklace. They LIED and said I returned a different necklace than what I ordered. After many headaches and phone calls to Amazon, I finally got my refund. Beware.

She not only found a beautiful chain for me, custom cut it and cleaned a pendant I had with me. She also gave me the most incredible gift of a hug and a prayer as the one I lost was from my mother who’d passed away 2 years ago. Keyzar Jewelry went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me solve my issue and my proposal was SAVED because of them. One of the co-owners even reached out to me to check and see how everything went. What other jewelry company does this?? As a business owner, I am blown away by how they treat their customers. I now look to them as an example of how to treat my customers and how to make them feel 100% cared for and seen. I wish I could say more. The quality of the rings I purchased from them are TOP TIER. I could not have asked for better quality. I broke into tears when it came in. From the packaging to the finished product, it really is a work of art. The rings look beautiful on my now wife and we cannot thank Keyzar Jewelry enough. You would be making a mistake to not let this company help make your moments even more special.

Arrived on time, set up the tables beautifully, were kind and patient to all of the children (and adults!), and the quality of her beads was really impressive. Boys and girls alike ended up making bracelets, and parents even joined in because it was so fun! I would definitely recommend Elise to anyone looking to create a unique party (for any age really). It was a lovely experience and I look forward to booking her again in the future!
