Renew Finds is such an awesome shop! I recently bought a large print and had it framed with them and am so happy with how it turned out. Jess and Leo were really helpful figuring out the best way to frame the print, I had never done any large framing like this.They have a great collection of furniture, prints and home goods (I also have a chair from there), so I’d definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for any new pieces for your place.

Purchased a print here from the collab with Naomi Otsu and also had it framed. They finished it faster than estimated and pickup was really easy to coordinate – I came in during open hours on the weekend but you can also request an appointment during the week.The framing turned out so well and the staff was really nice, even giving me tips on how to hang it up. Their space is beautiful and I spent some time appreciating the furniture there while they got my order ready. I’m super happy with my print and will definitely get more things framed here in the future!

I went in looking to buy a gift and saw the comics were $2 a piece. I browsed the section for 50 minutes. Clerk would not stop complaining about every visitor/customer. Eventually complains that I’m taking too long and how there is a library across the street. I settle on just one comic and he tells me this type of comic book is $3.I would recommend this store to anyone looking for comics, books or to listen to an avid complainer. My favorite was him saying that a new visitor who frequents the store while on the phone is actually just pretending to be on the phone.

Everything here is defective. I know it’s a thrift store, but Housing Works should be embarrassed to sell shirts with stains, sweaters with holes, and pants with missing zippers. None of the merchandise is marked “as is”. Unless you inspect a purchase very carefully, assume you’ll be flushing your money down the commode.

Do not support this store. I went into this story on 3/17 around 4 p.m., when I was in the fitting rooms a box with a iphone camera was dropped in front of my door recording me. Will Reddy the manager, was avoiding giving me any contact numbers or emails so I could make the report and he is the one that took the box as soon as I left the fitting room. There was one worker who was helpful in giving me an email to make a report. If you choose to come here BE CAREFUL. If Will Reddy is working, WALK OUT.

My friend recently went here and was violated by the manager Will. She was in the fitting room and the manager placed a box right in front of her room with a phone or camera inside the box. She then confronted him and he kept denying the situation and wouldn’t give proper assistance to make a report of the situation. Please do not go here and support this store.

One of the best thrift shops I’ve ever been too. Literally a gold mine. The one thing is it’s defintely not totally affordable. It’s as if you’re shopping leftovers from an estate sale of the elite or something. Beautiful stunning pieces that you really won’t find anywhere else. Vintage furniture that looks as if it is from a 90s movie set. But the prices totally reflect it. If you’re a lover of fur jackets this is also the place for you. Such a wide array of gorgeous pieces for a hefty price. There’s also a large collection of antique frames.

Purchased a sofa online from Kaiyo that was listed as a slipcovered sofa. I drove up from Richmond to Maryland. Turns out, the sofa was definitely and obviously not slipcoverd. We rented a trailer. Trailer, time and gas was a waste. The guys at the warehouse were super nice. Very disappointed and out money for gas and the trailer.

When I walked in here, a SA walked up to me and asked if I needed help. I said, “yes” and he said, “actually, I was sent to help someone else.” It was a little bizarre. You’d think that after that slip up they would have sent someone else to help me but nope, ignored for the rest of my time there. I hate to say this but I am Asian and the “someone else” they went to help was white. Overall, felt grossed out by it all. After speaking to a friend about this, they said I didn’t miss out on much because their furniture do not hold up.
