I should have read the reviews before coming in to this BestBuy location. I had such a bad experience. Waiting for 20 mins & looked around for assistance but no one care. I came up to the counter to ask if someone could help me to get item that I want, but the answer was “everyone busy,” while they literally just staying at the counter and talking to each others. Will never come back to this location. The counter people turned the brand into a bad reputation.**Daniel at laptop/computer section on Weds 5.08.24 was the only person who cared and apologized for the long wait time. The company should consider of promoting him.
