After my husband used it for about a year and a half, we encountered issues due to a bad main board and water damage from flying it near the pool.Living in Suffolk County, NY, I initially struggled to find a reliable drone repair service nearby. After reading numerous positive reviews about Jason’s shop in Brooklyn, I decided to give it a try, despite the distance. From our first interaction, Jason’s exceptional customer service stood out. Despite being located an hour away in Brooklyn, he patiently answered all my questions and provided detailed explanations of the repair process.Initially, I was hesitant about shipping such an expensive item, but Jason’s professionalism and clear communication throughout the process put my mind at ease. He kept me informed every step of the way, from receiving the drone to diagnosing the issues and then shipping it to DJI for further testing. Jason’s status as a licensed vendor with DJI proved to be invaluable, as it allowed us options that wouldn’t have been available otherwise.When DJI received the drone, Jason promptly informed me that we would receive an open box drone, essentially a brand new one.
