The manager Andres got a power trip from declining my sock return today lol. I’ve been shopping here for over a year and my family and I love the socks, however my husband got me the wrong size sock. I called the store and spoke to a customer service rep who said an even exchange would be fine since i didn’t have a receipt, I had the credit card and credit card transaction proof to prove it had been within 30 days. I commuted 45 mins to the store given approval from a store representative and to prevent a wasted trip to a neighborhood out of my way. The socks are in BRAND NEW condition however bc the tag was not attached he could not revise even exchange. I am a size 7 and the sock was a10. He accused me of using the sock and it being in unacceptable condition which is outrageous . He was beyond rude and extremely unprofessional and sent me out. This place is NOT happy and the staff have very poor communication and customer service skills . Would not recommend .
