Purchased a pair of King Toes at this location back on February 23rd 2024. There was no issue with the service given at the store but instead with the quality of the left boot I purchased. Initially when I bought to boots I also purchased the fatigue soles and wore them with the boots. There was some squeaks/rubbing coming from the left boot and at the time I thought it might been the fatigue soles which needed to be broken in. Recently I decided to wear my old pair of King Toes and swap the soles purchased in and there was none of that rubbing/squeak sound at all so I can only assume the left boot I purchased had a defect of some sort. These are my 4th pair of red wings I’ve purchased in over the span of 12 years I think and this is actually the first time I’ve encountered this issue. This is also my first time purchasing them from this location. I recommend going to another one of their locations to potentially avoid the same thing happening to you as well. Praying I won’t have the same issue when I go to buy the 2552’s at another location.
