I would rate this experience less than one star if I could. The employees here seem disengaged and uninterested in assisting customers. Despite the store being empty, they showed no willingness to help. When I entered and requested assistance, no one made eye contact or offered help. Even the manager appeared disinterested, merely standing in the corner on her laptop.I had to approach one of the employees, a tall girl, to request a specific shoe to try on. Despite clearly indicating which shoe I wanted – the white Sambas – she repeatedly asked if it was on the wall. After confirming and pointing out the desired shoes, she brought back the wrong color. Despite my efforts to maintain a friendly demeanor, her response was dismissive, making an awkward face before walking away.The lack of available assistance throughout the store, especially near the shoe wall, speaks volumes about the level of customer service. It’s disappointing to encounter such indifference, especially from a brand like Adidas. There’s plenty of room for improvement, and I sincerely hope that Adidas takes steps to address these issues.
