I placed an order for a new windscreen for my 2021 Zero SR/F and I paid extra for the two day shipping. Total price was around $300 so after about a week I messaged wondering where my package was and they told me that the item I ordered was out of stock and should be shipped shortly. No where on their website did it say out of stock but I waited another week and still no package. So at almost three weeks I still didn’t get a package so I told them to just refund me which they did but I would have been way happier with a wind screen. I’m sure going in person to buy a bike is a better experience from the reviews I’ve read but buying anything online is something I would avoid.

I give it a 5 star because they are very professional. Enrique help me greatly on what i was looking for and besides that he also explained well to me their motorcycles which honestly is very interesting. Now i am actually considering an electric motorcycle on the near future after sitting in them. I definitely recommend this fancy store for anyone looking for a retro style helmet and some gear. And also for anyone interested on the zero electric motorcycle brand.

I ended up purchasing two pairs of boots and a jacket. The quality is incredible and everywhere I go, people want to know where I purchased the jacket.
