I feel compelled to write something after the bad experience I had today by the person up front. It wasn’t overtly offensive, but the low key disinterest to have a basic conversation about the store despite my being a regular at the old location opened an old wound.There was a time years ago where I was spiritually struggling while living within walking distance of this store. And I blamed myself for a long time for not asking the employees more questions and saving myself. But now I am much more advanced in my spiritual practice, and they were still rude here.There was a time where you could have helped someone when they were in danger years ago. I am lucky I survived it. I hope one day your employees learn that it costs nothing to be kind.
