You just made my year, best massage/bodywork of my life!I came in with chronic pain in my right neck, shoulder and back area, which worsened as I’ve been carrying around my 4month old baby. I left the appointment pain free and in tears! He was able to unlock my body which I believe was linked to a lot of heavy emotions. I now feel a sense of lightness and clarity.Truly one of a kind technique, it was like being led in an intricate dance from start to finish and the playlist was so perfect! At times it felt like I was having reiki done. I was able to relax my body, move through my breath and would literally feel the pain exiting with the exhale. I just walked out of Body Mechanics from another muscle melting massage with Tommy. What can I say? This therapist is phenomenal. I feel so much better. My muscles are relaxed. I want to hold on to this feeling as long as possible! Tommy is excellent at pinpointing those knotted areas using different rubbing modalities to work out the kinks. Tommy is simply a very talented massage therapist, and on my list of necessary humans in my life.
