Dr. Berman was unreachable, both to family and our father’s other medical providers. His staff, Edina, has been extraordinarily rude and aggressive over the phone for over a year. Multiple phone calls to The Rogosin Institute to make a complaint were never returned.

I don’t know who needs to hear this but if it saves lives, it is imperative to report malpractice on behalf of Rogison. My mother have been a trusted patient of theirs for years but during the last few years of her life have not been good.As I became involved after pleads of my mother’s complaints, I grew wary of what I witnessed. The front staff lacked attention and grew impatient of her. Medical staff leaving her in the chair past her session. More importantly, my mother had a few emergent situations where her fistula area bled profusely.Her last two days she had to be rushed to the hospital because she lost so much blood from the Bandaged fistula area with fever. The Emergency doctors and myself tried to reach Rogison front desk and their Doctors to dismissive behavior/ no doctor contactS.Be careful with your love ones!
