My wife and I flew in from Hong Kong to visit home for the week and we went to this Burton flagship shop in NYC looking to get the Step On setup for my wife and me. Fortunately, we were helped by an employee named, “Timothy” there. He was very helpful and patient and provided us all the help we need. He went into great details in explaining each different Step On boots and bindings and provided suggestions on our setup based on our levels. In the end, my wife got the medium sized women’s Step On bindings with the blue Felix Step On boots and I got the medium sized men’s Step On bindings with the Step On Photon boots. We were very happy with our setup and Timothy ensured that we both had proper fittings and sizes for our setup. We also bought some Burton coats and snowboarding pants and bought the Burton snowboard space bag as well. Great customer service, thank you very much Timothy! We got great price with 20%-50% discounts on all of our Burton brand purchases due to end of 2024 season sales. We were lucky to catch this discount since Burton brand products are marked up very high in China/Hong-Kong. Again, special thank you to Timothy for providing us great help and great shopping experience at this store!
