However, my initial enthusiasm waned after dealing with their sales office. It felt like the Hotel California—easy to check in, but impossible to check out. For weeks, I received relentless emails from multiple sales team members every day. When I requested to be unsubscribed, I was rudely instructed to do it myself, despite there being no option available. My requests were continuously ignored, and the emails kept coming, pressing me to visit their showroom. I finally got them to stop only after threatening to report them to the Federal Trade Commission. My advice? Think twice before engaging with the new Chelsea Piers Flatiron.
