Smokey is going back to Fluidfreeride – electric scooters because I’ve had all sorts of issues straight out the box at this point I’m just waiting for them to send me a return label apparently it takes more than 1 business day to send it via email. I had issues with my inokim light 2 to straight out the box broke fender and european charger. Against my better judgment I went with them again. I played myself well you live and learn. I had a wonderful experience at fluidfreerides. Chuck is the man . He is very knowledgeable about PEVCame over to check out the shop after some time chuck was like ” you want to do a demo ride ” which I did even to the point I got test ride his own personal wolf warrior x , after a few days return as promised and purchased a mantis fluidfreerides edition . Set up the ride myself in the shop and chuck let me charge my scooter in the store after which I rode home. Two borough trip zero issues besides running out where to go .. highly recommend a visit for anyone looking for their first or another PEV

Chuck is the NYC scooter GOAT/OG for sure. Been toying with the idea of a scooter for over 4 years, finally decided to make the jump. Test drove a bunch of scooters and decided that what I thought I wanted wasn’t what I wanted. They gave me a very fair deal on some older/last-gen stock, and I couldn’t be happier for what I needed. I’d imagine this is what smoking crack feels like, in a small enough package that you can take it on a bus or train without hassle.It’s been three days and I already have over 30 miles hard ridden on a mix of city streets and upstate NY off-road. I’ve saved 20% of the scooter cost in Ubers alone. And imagine the fuzzy feeling of running around on electricity not gas. My mechanic brain is planning some additional-detachable-battery mods and a small voltage bump within the controller limits, but that’s more for fun because the scooter needs nothing. I’m sure the after-sales support is great too judging by what I’ve seen, and also Chuck loves dogs and that is always a green flag. They were super helpful in giving me all the info I needed about the scooter, too, and establishing a support line for any further needs!There are lots of scooter shops in NYC, but these guys have been in business for a long time, for a reason. Hope to see you all scootin around!

Bought one of their scooters online. The scooter had a broken valve on the back tyre out of the box. I emailed Inokim and they blamed me saying it’s due to riding on low tyre pressure, and offered to sell me the parts. Disgusting company, don’t spend all that money on a scooter when you are just going to get a faulty product with zero service

This Review is Strictly for the “Technician” whom worked on my PEV:I bought my RR v1 for a few tasks:1.) Tire swapping/Brake swapping2.) Throttle Replacement (swap from last gen v1) to the updated v2 throttle.3.) Seat Replacement (swap from last gen v1) to the updated v2/Pro Seat Cushion.Task #1 was done okay, needed firmer tension on brakes, rotor slight squeaky, and the tires very slight wobble.Task #2 was done fine but cut my old v1 throttle end wires rendering it useless (was a perfectly functioning throttle).Task #3 was done terribly. The right side screws were not tighten causing the screws to fall out during a ride later. The left side screw was over tighten and now un-able to remove it.Post-Service Customer Service: Never replied once back to my text messagesCost: $150 for all this mess, feels like I been serviced by a “amateur”, I’d personally would never pay for there “repair services” again after this botch job and ignoring of post service messages.

PLEASE THINK TWICE! before buying ANYTHING from them, by far the most unprofessional company I’ve dealt with. I ordered PMT tires from their website and saw that they were still in stock in their NY BROOKLYN location at the time. I placed the order and was later notified after a week of no delivery that they were not in stock and would notify me once they were. I let another week go by and decided to finally ask for a cancellation and a return. I was told for 3 consecutive days that I would receive my refund receipt in my email inbox later in the day and in 3-5 to business days receive my refund. I still have yet to receive my refund receipt or my refund and have been on the phone 5 times today just trying to reach a human being to deal with my order. Their return application is even WORSE. It’s only made to refund e scooters so because I bought tires it is impossible to put in the refund request thru their website because it won’t allow you to complete the request without putting in a scooter. BY FAR the worst customer experience I’ve had with a scooter company and I currently own a mukuta 10+ that’s based in china and was able to receive a response within 5 minutes of me emailing them and spare parts sent to me by the next day all hassle and worry free. I was fooled by the videos/promotion/marketing from VOROMOTORS that they were a company equipped with a team of people for customer service but unfortunately I’ve been speaking with the same representative for a week now. Highly disappointed in their customer service, the attitude of the representative that I spoke to and the representation of the company. I was hoping to buy parts and accessories from them since they have a store where I live and seemed like a reputable company, but now it’s highly unlikely I’ll ever purchase something from them again.

I was looking for shops all over Brooklyn and Manhattan to fix my Segway scooter, and they were the only ones who were willing to fix it. One of the wires in my scooter burned, making the scooter stiff and it wouldn’t move. I brought my scooter in to their shop and they were able to fix it in 45 minutes, cost me about 55 bucks . 10/10 Would recommend.

Giving 1 star because they did try to fix my Hiboy S2 when most shops wouldn’t even attempt to. But they weren’t able to fix it which wasn’t the problem, The issue is they didn’t give me back my scooter the way I gave it to them, the throttle was different and broken, which it wasn’t when I gave it to them. Also my OEM charger wasn’t returned, they gave me an alternative back. And charged me a $30 diagnostic fee. At least return my item exactly how I gave it to you.*Update- Reached out to HiBoy myself, they sent me the part within a week and I fixed the scooter myself. Doing the repair myself, found out that this shop had missing screws and used wrong parts to put my scooter back together! Would give ZERO STARS if I could!!!

I scheduled a reservation on the website to test drive a scooter. I went to the address in the confirmation email but the store wasn’t there. When I called, the owner told me the store had moved 8 blocks away and asked me which scooter model I wanted to test drive.When I arrived at the new location it was a different scooter store and the owner wasn’t there. When I spoke to him again on the phone he told me they no longer offered test drives but that I could buy the scooter and try it out for 3 days. The store didn’t even have the scooter that I had made a reservation to test drive (and I had driven all the way from New Jersey).The owner didn’t apologize for wasting my time! These people are dishonest; stay away.
