PLEASE THINK TWICE! before buying ANYTHING from them, by far the most unprofessional company I’ve dealt with. I ordered PMT tires from their website and saw that they were still in stock in their NY BROOKLYN location at the time. I placed the order and was later notified after a week of no delivery that they were not in stock and would notify me once they were. I let another week go by and decided to finally ask for a cancellation and a return. I was told for 3 consecutive days that I would receive my refund receipt in my email inbox later in the day and in 3-5 to business days receive my refund. I still have yet to receive my refund receipt or my refund and have been on the phone 5 times today just trying to reach a human being to deal with my order. Their return application is even WORSE. It’s only made to refund e scooters so because I bought tires it is impossible to put in the refund request thru their website because it won’t allow you to complete the request without putting in a scooter. BY FAR the worst customer experience I’ve had with a scooter company and I currently own a mukuta 10+ that’s based in china and was able to receive a response within 5 minutes of me emailing them and spare parts sent to me by the next day all hassle and worry free. I was fooled by the videos/promotion/marketing from VOROMOTORS that they were a company equipped with a team of people for customer service but unfortunately I’ve been speaking with the same representative for a week now. Highly disappointed in their customer service, the attitude of the representative that I spoke to and the representation of the company. I was hoping to buy parts and accessories from them since they have a store where I live and seemed like a reputable company, but now it’s highly unlikely I’ll ever purchase something from them again.

I bought the emove touring after the first 2 months of owning it, it broke down then after another few months it broke again. I had to go get this scooter repaired 6 times and when I went to get it repaired for the last time before the warranty ended they didn’t even fix the scooter properly the speedometer was broken and it was showing an incorrect speed the scooter felt weird to ride on and after only one ride it broke down again. I expect a full refund for this because I do not have the time nor the patience to keep coming in for repairs and I also don’t have money for repairs since the scooter broke down again.
